All our flats are equipped with the following amenities:

• WiFi connection (also available in the garden and common areas) for normal browsing (not usable for TV streaming services, Netflix, etc.)
• LCD colour TV with digital terrestrial channels (Italian channels)
• Washing machine
• Kitchenette/kitchen complete with cooking equipment
• Refrigerator with freezer
• Indoor and outdoor tables and chairs
• Bathroom with shower box and bidet

Deluxe Solutions are recently renovated accommodations equipped with some more extras, for those who want it all:

• Dishwasher
• Electric oven
• Air conditioning
• Security box
• Ultra-modern bathrooms with spacious and comfortable shower areas

Brick barbecues in private garden or on common areas of the residence are available to all guests, along with some useful and beautiful outdoor showers, provided with both cold and hot water as needed.

Upon request, we can provide, is still available, some EXTRAS for families with kids, such as camping beds, bed rails, high chairs, ironing board-iron, microwave.

Pets are NOT allowed and smoking is NOT permitted inside any of our accommodation (smoking is permitted in outdoor areas, verandas, terraces and garden).
