Rates up to 2 Guests (additional guests will be priced separately).

Our rates always include : 

• electricity, water and gas consumption (included in the price for up to 4 people per apartment; additional guests pay a flat rate for consumption)
• use of the barbecue (private or shared), TV, washing machine and WiFi for normal Internet browsing (the connection does not allow access to TV streaming services, Netflix, etc.)

Rates does NOT include: 

• charges for final cleaning (mandatory as additional cost of € 80 per apartment)
• tourist tax, according to San Teodoro annual regulations
• anything else not specified in the explicit list “rates always include”
  

  
  

  EXTRAS, long stay, car park:

  • any EXTRA will be quoted individually, after request and availabilty check (baby-cot, baby-chair, etc.)
  • for stays longer than 21 nights (up to 30), some special discount on standard rates could be applied, depending on availability and period.
  • some parking spaces are available inside the property and can be booked on request up until sold out. Price for the internal parking is Eur 10/per day or Eur 50/per week.
  • next to the Property (less than 10mt/150mt) car parkings are available and free of charge.
