We are a Family Managed Small Lovefull Property in San Teodoro, one of the most famous and popular destinations in Sardinia, located in the North_Eastern Coast of a wonderfull island.

We arise in a very strategic position, very next to La Cinta beach (less than 500 meters) but also few minutes walking distance from the town center, where you will find anything you need (shops, bar, markets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, clubs, nightlife), including fun and entertainments,

Our accommodations and rooms are located within two adjacent properties; some apartments are in Le Colonnine Residence, some others in Residence La Cinta.

All flats, although different in size and facilities, are furnished and equipped with bedrooms, bathroom with shower box and bidet, living room with kitchenette or kitchen complete with all necessary equipment.

Large terraces with sunshades, covered verandas and beautiful gardens, tended daily by our family, offer guests comfortable outdoor spaces and a small evergreen oasis at their disposal, both for those who choose a first-floor solution and for those who book ground-floor accommodation.

For those looking for a short-term solution without the need to use the kitchen, a special room option with private bath (NO kitchen use) is also available (on request).
